General Quill
“I prefer surprises with a completed request form.”
Quill can turn a chaotic briefing into a neat list of actions, responsibilities and reasons the original list was entirely sound. Behind the square glasses is a sincere belief that a properly documented problem ought to become embarrassed and resolve itself. The world continues to resist this courtesy. Quill meets each new complication with precise language, controlled patience and a growing concern that someone has begun the war before the paperwork was ready.
